Support for the Bifrost browser extension and local MCP server.

Access and provisioning
Bifrost access is provisioned manually. There is no public self-service signup flow for extension or platform accounts.
What reviewers should expect
The extension connects to a local MCP server. If that server is not running, the extension UI may show a not-connected state. That is expected until the local server is available.
